Voluntary – Comprehensive plans with no waiting periods at zero cost to you. It gives employees peace of mind and a higher level of employee satisfaction. Only 20% of your eligible employees need to sign up to have coverage.
Core-Buy-Up - More options for the employees at lower cost. The employer must only pay 50% of the core plan. Employees can choose up to the more comprehensive plan if they need more coverage.
Maximum Wellness - Members can earn up to $500 in maximum credit by getting their preventive care each year. This is a great plan for employers focused on wellness and rewarding your long-term employees.
DeltaCare Plan – Exceptional coverage for employers on a budget! We can do this by limiting the network to select dentists only. This is an excellent plan for employees who may need orthodontia benefits for their family.
