Delta Dental PPO℠
Our most popular plan design and network. The preferred provider plan (PPO) network delivers comprehensive dental coverage including preventive, restorative and major treatments. The PPO network is slightly smaller than the Premier network but offers a larger discount on treatments.
Delta Dental Premier®
This plan delivers a comprehensive benefit design comparable to our Delta Dental PPO plan, plus maximized access to participating dental providers. Delta Dental Premier is the largest network in Washington State and nationwide.
DeltaCare®
A DeltaCare managed care plan is an affordable way to offer generous benefits to employees. DeltaCare plans come with a variety of coverage levels, copays, and premiums to choose from. All DeltaCare plans cover preventive services at 100% and have fixed copays for non-preventive services.
Health360
Health360 combines medical through Kaiser Permanente and Delta Dental of Washington coverage in one comprehensive plan. With bundled pricing, shared invoicing, and an incentive for preventive care your clients will enjoy a cost effective, patient first plan that encourages whole body health.
Maximum Wellness
This plan delivers a comprehensive design and includes incentive awards for using preventive care benefits. Every year oral health check-ups are used annual maximums benefits are increased the following year.
Retiree Plan
Our new Retiree Dental program gives your client’s long-term employees continued coverage when they depart. We manage the enrollment, payment, and full administration, including a dedicated account management team.
