Self-purchased plans (Individual and Family plans)

Did you purchase your dental plan directly? If so, you are an Individual and Family Plan member. These plans are self-purchased and not connected to your employer.

If you purchased a DeltaVision® Plan (either self-purchased or employer-sponsored), manage your vision benefits on www.vsp.com. Note that you will need to input your Delta Dental of Washington member ID (found in your declaration documents) to create an account.
