Request a letter from the Tooth Fairy
The Tooth Fairy loves healthy teeth! To help encourage your children to keep their smiles healthy, the Tooth Fairy will send them a letter. Anyone can request a letter from the Tooth Fairy when their child needs either kudos or support, such as:
- Your child's first lost tooth
- A congratulations to your child for a good dental check up
- A motivational letter to your child for a poor dental check up
Please complete the request form to receive a letter from the Tooth Fairy. Letters may take between 5 and 10 business days to be received.

Downloadable Home Curriculum
The Caring for Your Smile home curriculum – including lesson plans, activity sheets, coloring pages and a 10-minute video featuring the Tooth Fairy – is available for free download. The materials, developed by Delta Dental of Washington in partnership with the School Nurse Organization of Washington have been kid-tested, as well as dentist- and teacher-reviewed.
