When to contact your Provider Ambassador
Our Provider Ambassador team is here to help answer questions on your contract, documentation requirements, claims submissions, clinical criteria, policies—and will even train your office staff on our dental plans and procedures.
Reach out to a Provider Ambassador by emailing

I've been with Delta Dental of Washington since 2021, starting in customer service and joining the Provider Ambassador team in October of 2023. Known for my problem-solving and relationship building skills, I love coming to work every day and helping
providers with any questions they may have.
