Enter your personal control number (in your email from Corporate Election Services). If you’re unable to locate your control number, please email Provider@DeltaDentalWA.com for assistance.

Follow the instructions to submit your proxy.

  • Vote: We’re pleased to announce that voting is now open for the reelection of Dr. Dennis Bradshaw as Member Director on our corporate board. Member Directors play a critical role in representing your voice, ensuring provider perspectives are reflected in key decisions. As part of our Washington Dental Service (WDS) 2025 Annual Member Meeting, you can vote online now or during the meeting itself. Make your voice heard by participating in this important election.
  • Save the date: You’re also invited to join us virtually for this year’s Annual Member Meeting on Friday, November 14, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. During the meeting, you’ll hear updates on our latest initiatives to support Member Dentists and advance oral health in Washington—and you can cast your vote if you haven’t already done so.
  • Your personal invite and proxy voting card: On October 1, Corporate Election services emailed you an official meeting notice, agenda, proxy voting card and instructions, and letter from Dr. Dennis Bradshaw who is up for reelection as Member Director.
