If you have been displaced due to a wildfire or other emergency, we're here to help you understand your dental coverage and find care.

Finding a Provider

  • Search for participating dentists using the Delta Dental provider search tool.
  • If you have relocated outside of Washington, please contact Customer Service for assistance in identifying available care options based on your plan.

Out-of-Network and Out-of-State Care

UDP's service area is Washington State. If you have temporarily evacuated to another state, your coverage options may vary depending on your plan and the services you need. Before seeking non-emergency dental care, we encourage you to contact Customer Service to discuss your benefits, coverage options, and any potential out-of-network reimbursement.
