Support for Washington Members and Providers Impacted by Western WA Flooding

Dental care may not be top of mind for Washington residents affected by the recent flooding, but both members and providers may face challenges accessing or delivering dental care during this time. Delta Dental of Washington is here to help support continued access to care and customer assistance for anyone impacted.

Our contact center is fully staffed and ready to assist members who may need help locating alternative care options, especially if their regular dentist is unavailable due to displacement or closures caused by flooding or evacuations. We can help connect you with available providers for both planned and urgent dental needs.

We also recognize that providers may be experiencing office closures, schedule interruptions, or communication challenges. Our team is here to support you as you navigate the impact of flooding on your practice and your patients’ access to care.
