Move More Challenge

As part of our ongoing partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA), Delta Dental of Washington is a proud participant of the Move More Challenge – an initiative to get people moving, while raising important lifesaving funds for the AHA.

For 30 days last fall, Delta Dental employees (along with several friends and family members) accepted the challenge to move more – and collected donations for each hour of walking, dancing, and other types of physical activity.

Through the Move More Challenge, Delta Dental employees raised an impressive $16,294.83 to help support the AHA’s mission to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Moreover, out of 35 participating companies, Delta Dental took first place with a recorded 16,501 minutes of exercise.
