Due to COVID-19 and worldwide supply chain disruptions our ID card vendor has informed us there will be a delay in our ID card shipments. We have also seen the United States Postal Service (USPS) implement new delivery standards; some First-Class mail we send may take up to five days longer to arrive. This means our paper communications – including ID cards, important plan information, like Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) or Confirmation of Treatment and Costs (COTCs) – will take longer to reach you.

  • Download and print ID cards
  • View, download and print EOBs posted directly to “My dashboard”

  1. Visit DeltaDentalWA.com and sign in to your MySmile® account OR watch our video

  2. Go to the top, right-hand corner to select “My Account”
  3. Click “Communication Preferences”
  4. Select “Email Notifications”. (Be sure Postal Mail is unchecked)
