Delta Dental of Washington is Going Paperless

We’re going paperless, and we’d like you to join us! Paperless communications are a major step toward reducing waste and protecting our natural resources.

To make the transition to paperless as easy as possible, we’ve created a personal online portal, MySmile™, where you can view and print your ID card, find a dentist, and access digital copies of important plan information, like your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Once registered, you will also receive email reminders for your preventive care visits.

If you already have a MySmile™ account, please be sure to login and change your communication preferences to email. Here’s a quick “how-to:”
1. Go to the top right-hand corner and select the “My Account” dropdown.

2. Click on “Communication preferences.”
3. On the next screen select “email notifications” for both Explanation of Benefits and Confirmation of Treatment and Cost. Be sure postal mail is not selected.
4. Then click “Save settings.” It’s that easy!
