Traveling outside the U.S.
With Delta Dental, rest easy, you are covered worldwide. Here's what you need to know about accessing care internationally.

- While Delta Dental does not maintain a dentist network outside the United States and Puerto Rico, you may receive care from any dentist.
- Be prepared to pay the dentist at the time of your treatment.
- To receive reimbursement, you will need to complete and submit the following form to Delta Dental
Filing an international claim
In addition to the requested information, please ensure that your claim includes:
- An English translation (if possible) Country and currency used for treatment
- Supporting documentation, such as a dentist's statement confirming treatment and/or receipt showing treatment provided and payment received
- Your email address
Submit your claim to Delta Dental no later than six months after the date of service.
Reimbursement will be sent to you on the address provide on the form.

If you are out of the country and an emergency occurs, seek treatment immediately. It is important to pursue care as soon as possible as to not cause any further damage and of course, so that you can continue to enjoy your trip pain-free.
You can see any licensed dentist anywhere in the world for emergency dental services. You will need to pay the dentist at the time of treatment. For reimbursement, submit an Out of Country claim form to Delta Dental once you return home
