Healthy Mini-Pizzas for Delivery Addicts

If pizza isn’t the best food for our body or smile, then why do we love it so much? Thankfully, we’ve cooked up a little pizza perfection. These mini-pizzas are big on flavor and good for you too! Mock your socks off with this tooth-healthy pie:

Tooth-Healthy Mini-Pizzas

Makes 2 pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Grain Mini-Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Low Sodium Marinara Sauce
  • Healthy toppings of your choice (we used mushrooms and grilled chicken breasts)
  • ¾ cup low fat or non-fat cheese of your choice (See how cheese is good for your smile!) 
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese (for topping)

 Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Use spatula to evenly spread marinara sauce over tortillas
  3. Add cheese and toppings; spread evenly
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  5. Cut into fourths and enjoy!
