We have an easy way for you to check your patient’s benefits and eligibility. Simply:
1. Sign into the secure Dentist page of our website.
2. Enter your patient’s information including name, date of birth, and member ID or Social Security Number.
3. View their up-to-date benefits information. You can also check up to 18 months of past claims for your patients, just to see what’s been paid or not.
When seeing a new patient be clear about your network.
This helps your patients understand the benefits they’re able to receive. Remember, different plans reimburse at different levels. Network isn’t always top of mind and it’s easy to say, “I’m a Delta Dental dentist.” And you are. However, plans differ, so please be specific about your network.
Informed patients are happy patients. And happy patients will be eager to return to your office.
