Navigate Your Claim in 3 Easy Steps

Going to the dentist is hard enough. From taking time off of work to scheduling follow-up appointments, the last thing you need to worry about is the status of your benefit claim.

That’s why we make it easy. Here are our tips for navigating your claim:

1.  Know your coverage before you go

You can view your benefits by signing into your MySmile® personal benefits center account or by reading your benefit booklet. Knowing what’s covered before you visit the dentist helps eliminate surprises at the office.

2.  Check your claim status

You can view your claim information using any one of the following methods:

•  Sign in to your MySmile account

Sign in to your account to view your benefits, check claim status, get personalized out-of-pocket cost estimates with MySmile Cost Genie℠ and more

•  Download our Mobile App (iTunes or Google Play)

Use our app to view your benefits, check claim status, and more when you’re on the go

•  Call our customer service line at 800-554-1907

3.  Review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

You don’t have to be fluent in insurance lingo to understand your claim! After your visit, sign in to MySmile and review your EOB. If you don’t have an account, you’ll receive a paper copy via standard mail. Your EOBs show tell you how much of your benefits were applied towards your treatment and how much you have left.
