Welcome Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program members! On this page you will find that general features such as Explanation of Benefits, Claims Status and Find A Dentist are at your finger tips. In addition you can view a copy of your current dental plan Certificate of Coverage. Uniform Dental Plan (Preferred Provider Organization Plan)
The Uniform Dental Plan (UDP) is a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan that gives you access to Washington State's largest network of dentists (more than 2,600). While UDP gives you the freedom to receive your dental care from any licensed dentist, you will receive a higher level of coverage when you choose a dentist who is part of the PPO network. DeltaCare (a Managed Care Dental Plan)
DeltaCare is Washington Dental Service's managed care dental plan. With this plan, you must select a dentist from a list of contracted DeltaCare dentists when you enroll with the DeltaCare plan. 
 
When you receive your dental care from your designated DeltaCare plan provider, your provider will coordinate all of your dental care, and provider referrals for specialty dental care when needed. To find out more about your level of benefits read the 2010 DeltaCare Benefits Booklet.

Follow the links below to use our Patient Tools:
  • Find a Dentist:
    • To find a UDP provider go to the 'In a Certain Plan or Network' window, select the Delta Dental PPO plan and enter your search criteria.
    • To find a DeltaCare provider go to the 'In a Certain Plan or Network' window, scroll down to the 'DeltaCare plan', and select 'PEBB (group 3100)' at the bottom of the list, and any other search criteria.

    You will need a login and password for these tools:

  • Check Your Benefits: Check plan coverage and eligible benefits.
  • Claims Status: Review claims information and status.
  • Explanation of Benefits: View an explanation of what your plan paid versus what you will owe.
  • ID Card: DeltaCare members can view and print an identification card.
  • Registration: If you have not registered to use the Washington Dental Service Patient tools, please click the Registration link.
