Welcome Public Employees and Retirees dental benefits program participants! On this page you will find that general features such as Dental Benefits Explained, Claims Status and Find A Dentist are at your finger tips. In addition you can view a copy of your current dental plan Certificate of Coverage. Uniform Dental Plan (Preferred Provider Organization Plan)
 
The Uniform Dental Plan is a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan that gives you access to Washington state's largest network of dentists (more than 1,800). While the uniform Dental Plan gives you the freedom to receive your dental care from any licensed dentist, you have the opportunity to receive a higher level of coverage when you choose a dentist who is part of the PPO network. By clicking on the following links, you will be able to access the following features:
  • Find a Dentist: to find a PPO dentist choose the Delta Preferred Option plan and enter your search criteria.
  • Check Your Benefits: You will need to login with a user name and password to check plan coverage and eligible benefits.
  • Claims Status: You will need to login with a user name and password to review claims information and status.
  • ID Card: You will need to login with a user name and password to view and print your online identification card.
  • Explanation of Benefits: You will need to login with a user name and password to view an explanation of what your plan paid versus what you will owe.
  • Registration: If you have not registered to use the Washington Dental Service Patient tools, please click the Registration link.
 
DeltaCare (a Managed Care Dental Plan)
This is Washington Dental Service's managed care dental plan. With this plan, you must select a dentist from a list of contracted DeltaCare dentists when you enroll with the DeltaCare plan. To access a list of dentists who participate in this plan, simply use the Find a Dentist feature. Scroll down to the DeltaCare plan, click on Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB Group 3100) at the bottom of the list, then enter your search criteria in the boxes below.
 
When you receive your dental care from your designated DeltaCare plan provider, your provider will coordinate all of your dental care, and provider referrals for specialty dental care when needed.
