Dental Maintenance
Frequent snacking increases risk for tooth decay. Constant snacking on sweet, starchy, or sticky foods and drinks can cause tooth decay. Choose fruit, vegetables or low-fat cheese.
Dental Patient
What should you do if your child’s permanent tooth gets knocked out accidentally? Pick the tooth up by the crown, not by the root. Place it in a container with low-fat milk, saline solution or saliva. Visit the dentist as soon as possible.
