To sign up for our Online Reporting tool (only available to groups with 100+ employees), complete the Online Reporting application form and fax it back to Washington Dental Service. Questions on how to become an Online Enrollment Group or about the Online Enrollment tool? Washington Dental Service offers 2 types of access to our Online Enrollment tool:

• For groups electing to exclusively manage their eligibility information via our Online Enrollment tool, rather than using paper enrollment forms or electronic file submission, please complete the Online Enrollment application form and fax it back to Washington Dental Service at (206) 985-4783.
• For groups that submit their eligibility to Washington Dental Service via electronic file or paper enrollment forms, WDS offers View Only access to our Online Enrollment tool. To sign up, please complete the Online Enrollment Access application form and fax it back to Washington Dental Service at (206) 985-4783.
