New IVR Update

Washington Dental Service continues to make enhancements to our external devices to provide you with easy, fast and accurate benefit, eligibility and claim status information.

In an effort to allow our Customer Service representatives to assist providers and subscribers with advanced eligibility and complex claim questions, we are changing our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). Effective March 14th, our IVR prompts will change to encourage offices to access basic benefit and eligibility through our electronic solutions.

Listed below are several ways for you to access benefits, eligibility and claim status information.

  • Washington Dental Service Website- www.deltadentalwa.com
  • Practice Management Software - provides real-time benefits, eligibility and claim status through your current software
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response) provides real-time benefits, eligibility and claim status
    • Press one to receive benefits and eligibility via fax
    • Press two to hear benefits and eligibility
