You must be a member dentist or a fully credentialed dentist in the process of becoming a member with Washington Dental Service to use our new Online Fee Filing system.

If you are a member dentist and are registered to use the Washington Dental Service Web site, click "Sign In" above. Once you have signed in you can view your 2011 fees.
 
If you are a member dentist and have not yet registered to use our Web site, you must register before you can view your fees. Please click "Register" above to complete the registration process. You may use these instructions if you encounter any difficulty.

Please note the Online Fee Filing system is available from 5AM to Midnight (PST) seven days a week.
