Don't let your dental license expire!

Washington state law says “The credential status is expired if the practitioner does not renew on or before the expiration date. The practitioner must not practice until the credential is returned to active status” (WAC 246-12-040) and “Failure to renew invalidates the credential and all privileges granted by the credential” (RCW 43.70.280).

In accordance with this law, Washington Dental Service has no choice but to disallow all claims for services provided during any hiatus resulting from the law. Please take the time to renew your dental license annually, before its expiration date.
